What's included?
The experience includes a seven-course tasting menu designed by our executive chef Ariel Jácome, celebrating the richness of Ecuadorian produce through ingredients, flavors and techniques that reflect our culinary identity. A culinary journey enjoyed exclusively at Íntimo’s bar, where you can experience our kitchen up close, discover each preparation and learn the story behind every dish. Drinks and pairing: Not included in the price of the experience. They may be ordered separately during your visit.
Special considerations
Cancellations and changes Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. Reservation date or time may be changed at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Punctuality We recommend arriving at your reserved time to enjoy the full experience. We offer a 15-minute grace period. Delays beyond this time may affect the flow of the experience. Dietary restrictions Allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Adjustments are subject to the nature of the menu and our chef’s assessment. Cancellations by the restaurant If Íntimo needs to cancel a reservation for operational reasons or force majeure, guests may choose to reschedule their experience or receive a full refund of the amount paid.
